To ensure only genuine zips feature in our garments, Jobman only source their zips from Japan, where the company is based, to ensure that we avoid using the sub-standard product that can be found in some lesser garments.

YKK for an important part of our UNIQUE 3 Point Protection Guarantee. If the zip fails due to faulty manufacture in normal use, we will repair or replace the trouser for you. All you need to do is to send the garment back to us using our FREEPOST return address. Please ensure that the trousers have been washed - we will not inspect or repair dirty garments. The guarantee covers you for a full 12 months from purchase. You will need to provide a proof of purchase, so please make sure you retain your receipt.

PLEASE NOTE - we cannot cover the zips against damage. It is essential that when putting on and taking off trousers, that the zip is FULLY undone. This is especially important as Jobman trousers feature Cam Lock zips. This means that when the riser (tab) is flat against the elements (teeth), a cam locks the zip and prevents it from undoing (running). However, if the garment is taken off when the zip is partially closed this can put excessive strain on the zip and will strip teeth. This damage is not covered under the guarantee.
